1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between v789 and its users ("you" or "member"). v789 is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving Bangladesh and other countries around the world.

V789's terms and conditions apply at all times — whether you are browsing the website, using the mobile app, or accessing the platform from any device. These terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any conflict, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with v789, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must register using your own identity — registering under someone else's name or with a fake identity is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual may register only one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and up to date.
• Online betting must be legally permitted in your country of residence.

Identity Verification (KYC)

To make a withdrawal after registration, you must complete the identity verification process by submitting one of the following government-issued ID documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence

V789 cannot process withdrawal requests until identity verification is complete. The verification process typically takes 24–48 hours.

3 Betting Rules

Please read the following rules carefully before placing any bets on v789. All members are required to comply with these terms and conditions:

Bet Acceptance

V789 reserves the right to void or amend any bet before it is deemed final — particularly if the bet was placed due to a technical error, incorrect odds, or a data fault. In such cases, the full stake will be refunded.

Live Betting

Odds in live betting change rapidly. Due to network delays, a bet may be accepted at odds that have already changed. v789 always applies the odds at the moment the bet is accepted.

If a match is cancelled

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• If a match is abandoned after it has started, the outcome will be determined in accordance with v789's own rules.
• In the event of a natural disaster or unforeseen circumstances, bet settlement will follow the decision of the relevant international sports body.

Maximum & Minimum Bet Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each event and market, and are clearly displayed on the betting page. v789 reserves the right to change these limits at any time.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

V789 supports Bangladesh's most popular payment methods — Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer, and selected cryptocurrencies. The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits must be made using a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from another person's account are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Once a deposit is confirmed, funds are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.

Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• For verified accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if suspicious activity is detected.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses require a minimum wagering amount before withdrawals are permitted. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until this requirement is met.

General Bonus Terms

• Each registered member is entitled to the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless otherwise specified.
• If multiple accounts are opened to take advantage of bonuses, all bonuses will be forfeited.
• When using another person's referral code, the bonus will be issued once both parties have fulfilled the required conditions.

6 Responsible Gaming Policy

V789 believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income. We genuinely care about the mental and financial well-being of every member, which is why responsible gaming is a core part of v789's terms and conditions.

Each member can set the following limits directly from their account:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit amount on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Bet Limits: Set a cap on the maximum amount that can be wagered within a given period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss limit within a specified time period.
• Session Limits: Set a limit on how long you can play in a single session.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporary account suspension ranging from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• Permanent Closure: Request permanent account closure.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on v789. Violating these terms may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any associated balance may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing bonuses in an unauthorized manner (bonus arbitrage).
• Money laundering or illegal financial transactions through the account.
• Using fraudulent payment methods.
• Using software bots or automated programs to place bets.
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Attempting to hack or damage v789's systems.
• Harassing or acting inappropriately toward other members.

8 Account Suspension & Closure Policy

V789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Any breach of the terms and conditions.
• Registering with false information.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• As required by law or directed by a regulatory authority.
• At the member's own request.

Balance after account closure

If an account is closed due to a rule violation, the bonus balance will be forfeited. However, the member's own deposited funds (excluding bonuses) will generally be returned, unless fraud is established through investigation. If an account is closed at the member's own request, the full balance will be refunded.

9 Limitation of Liability

V789 strives to deliver the highest quality service; however, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Losses resulting from internet disconnection or network issues.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors.
• Unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
• Transactions that fail due to issues with the member's own device.
• Natural disasters or other circumstances beyond our control.

In any dispute, v789's maximum financial liability will be limited to the amount of the transaction in question.

10 Terms & Conditions Amendment Policy

V789 reserves the right to update its terms and conditions at any time. Before any changes come into effect:

• A notification will be sent to the registered email address.
• A notice will be displayed on the website.
• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any major changes take effect.

Your continued use of the platform after updated terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.

11 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between v789 and a member, we ask that you first reach out to our customer service team. Most disputes can be resolved through direct communication.

Complaint Submission Process

• An initial response will be provided within 48 hours of receiving a complaint.
• A final decision on complex matters will be provided within 14 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, v789 agrees to settle it through international arbitration. These terms and conditions are governed by international law.
